The bed and pillows were exceptional. I slept very well. The room was clean, and the AC worked perfectly, providing a comfortable temperature. I experienced a bad smell upon arrival that required a room change. The second room had maintenance issues: the shower tub was clogged, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom's mold and moisture were concerning, too. The desk area was functional, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. Noise was minimal, which contributed to overall comfort. Despite the issues, the location was convenient and accessible.

So, we stayed at Holiday Inn recently and there were some ups and downs during our short layover. Let's start on a positive note - the location was great, and having a shuttle to the airport was a big help for us. The continuous shuttle service to LAX was super convenient and the driver was excellent. On the flip side, we did encounter a few issues. The check-in procedure definitely needs improving. Due to the shuttle schedule, there were delays and it took ages to get our room key. It would have been great if they had more staff available during peak check-in times. In terms of the room, it was decent, but we did notice some nail cuttings on the window sill which wasn't the most pleasant discovery. the bathroom felt quite old and in need of some maintenance - the shower didn't close properly and the sink tap needed attention. One thing that really bothered us was the incident with the housekeeping staff when we needed to retrieve our forgotten items from the room after checkout. It was a hassle having to go down to the lobby to get a key, especially when the staff already knew we had stayed there.

My friends and I had a total blast hitting up the jaw, dropping rides at the theme parks in LA! We screamed our heads off on Revenge of the Mummy and got soaked on Jurrasic Park , such adrenaline rush, dude!

Wish they had a happening nightclub or rooftop party spot at the hotel for us late, night party animals to keep the fun going! .

holiday inn was a good choice for my late-night arrival at lax. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. the helpful staff and frequent shuttle service made my stay convenient. clarence, the receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure we had the right room and even carried the mini-fridge for us. the comfortable bed and minimal noise despite the airport proximity ensured a good night's sleep.
